Mammoth Machinery Employee Alerts (the "Program") is a text messaging program run by Mammoth Machinery, LLC ("Mammoth Machinery," "we," "us," or "our"). The Program sends work-related notifications to Mammoth Machinery employees on company-issued mobile phones, including work schedules, job and equipment dispatch updates, shop or yard closures, safety notices, and HR or administrative reminders. The Program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. How to opt in

Employees opt in by texting JOIN from their company-issued mobile phone to (385) 448-4412. After you opt in, you will receive this confirmation message:

No Program messages are sent before you text JOIN. Opting in is not a condition of employment.

Message and data rates may apply. For company-issued phones, any charges are billed to Mammoth Machinery under the company's wireless plan.

5. How to opt out

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from (385) 448-4412. You may also reply QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or tell us by phone or in person. After you opt out, you will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed and that no more messages will be sent. Your opt-out applies to all Program messages. To rejoin, text JOIN to (385) 448-4412.
