Starting With Mammoth

Below is the steps to start up an account with Mammoth, if you have questions feel free to call in to our office and we can help!

STEP 1

Credit Application

Download the Credit Application by clicking the link below. This sets you up as a Mammoth Customer, we’ll inform you of your approved payment terms. Email the credit application to accounting@mammothmachinery.com

STEP 2

Master Rental Contract

Download the Mammoth Master Rental Agreement which includes the rental terms and conditions for all rental contracts. This will expedite all future rentals and allow you to get equipment without waiting for paperwork.

STEP 3

Certificate of Insurance Information

We require a certificate of insurance to ensure both parties are protected during the rental period. We offer two options for our customers.

Option 1

As an added service, Mammoth offers a damage waiver which protects you from accidental damage to the equipment while in your possession and control. A fee of 19% of the gross rental charge will be applied to your rental. You must still take reasonable precautions to protect the equipment. In the event of a loss or damages, you will be responsible for paying the $5,000 deductible.

Option 2

You can have your insurance agent provide a Certificate of Insurance that shows Mammoth Machinery as a co-insured and provides the following coverage:

Commercial General Liability with limits no less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate. Mammoth Machinery LLC listed as Additional Insured.

Physical Damage Insurance: equal to the full replacement value of the equipment, and at a minimum, $250,000; All-Risk form. Deductible no greater than $5,000. Certificate should indicate coverage for rented or leased equipment or specially describe the piece of equipment being rented; Mammoth Machinery LLC as a loss payee and additional insured.

Your agent must sig the Certificate of Liability for it to be valid. Please have your agent email the signed certificate to mammothemail@mammothmachinery.com

STEP 4

Start Renting with Mammoth

Once we have received the necessary documentation we’ll start your customer file with Mammoth and renting can start! Contact our sales department and they’ll be happy to work with you to find the right equipment.

FRequently asked questions

My Rental Won’t Start/Is Giving Errors

If the machine has an error or goes down, call your sales rep. We’ll either send a service tech or swap you into another unit. Any damage charges are noted in the rental contract.

Calling Off & Returning Your Rental

To take a machine off rent, call or text your sales rep. We can schedule pickup/transport, or you can return it to one of our yards.

Accounts Payable/Invoicing

We accept ACH, credit card by phone, or check. To pay for your invoices, please call in to our office or reach out to inquiries@mammothmachinery.com

Lein Notice

Because we don’t collect a deposit up front, we send standard pre-lien and lien notices on jobs as part of our process.
