This Privacy Policy explains how Mammoth Machinery, LLC ("Mammoth Machinery," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through our website, mammothmachinery.com, and through the Mammoth Machinery Employee Alerts text messaging program (the "SMS Program"). The terms that govern the SMS Program are in our SMS Terms and Conditions.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, request a quote, or rent, buy, or service equipment, we may collect your name, company name, phone number, email address, mailing or job-site address, and details of your request.

SMS Program information. When an employee opts in to the SMS Program, we collect the mobile phone number used to opt in, the date and time of the opt-in (the "JOIN" text), the content of messages sent and received through the program, and opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our website host and similar tools may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.

2. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide equipment rental, sales, service, repair, and transportation.

• To operate the SMS Program: sending work-related notifications to employees, such as schedules, dispatch and equipment updates, shop or yard closures, safety notices, and HR or administrative reminders.

• To keep records of SMS opt-in consent and to honor opt-out and help requests.

• To operate, secure, and improve our website and business.

• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

The SMS Program is used only for internal, work-related employee notifications. It is not used for marketing or promotional messages.

3. SMS and mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the information-sharing categories described in this Privacy Policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile information is used only to deliver SMS Program messages and to maintain consent records. Our text messaging service provider processes message data only to deliver messages on our behalf.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. Except as limited by Section 3, we may share information only:

• With service providers that help us run our business (for example, website hosting, accounting, and equipment management systems), who may use it only to perform services for us;

• When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mammoth Machinery, our employees, customers, or others; and

• In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.

5. Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including keeping SMS consent and opt-out records as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices

• Opt out of text messages: Reply STOP to any SMS Program message. You may also reply QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or tell us by phone or in person. We will honor opt-out requests promptly and within the time required by law.

• Access or correct your information: Contact us using the information below.

Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

7. Children's privacy

Our website and the SMS Program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
